The reports also allow you to review the reading status of all reports assigned to the chosen person.<\/p>\n<p>1) Use the Site Reading report and filter on the user name<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Image showing the DocRead site reading report filtered by name\" src=\"https:\/\/www.collaboris.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/site-reading-report-filtered-by-name.png?_t=1657893471\" style=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"442\" data-width=\"799\" data-height=\"442\" data-init-width=\"1315\" data-init-height=\"728\" mt-d=\"0\" data-id=\"1372775\" title=\"site reading report filtered by name\" loading=\"lazy\" data-link-wrap=\"true\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This will display the reading tasks for the chosen person on THIS SITE ONLY. If you have assigned DocRead tasks from several sites then you will have to review the same report in other sites to ensure you get all of the relevant data.<\/p>\n<p>2) Drill down from Team reports<\/p>\n<p>Team reports are available if the organisation hierarchy is included in Active Directory.
