Why are my line manager reports blank?<\/h1>\n

Line manager reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Line manager reports within DocRead are available to any manager with direct reports. They only show a managers direct reports i.e. one level down in the organization hierarchy. They provide a simple and convenient way for each manager to ensure their team or department stay on top of their compliance tasks.<\/p>\n

They are ‘real time’ and will update automatically when a user completes a task (they don\u2019t have to be manually re-run).<\/p>\n

A manager would just have to refresh their screen for the reports update subject to the conditions below\u2026<\/p>\n

The things to remember for these reports to work effectively are:<\/p>\n

    1. The \u2018manager\u2019 field must be populated in Active Directory as shown here:\"233-1\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. The user profile synchronisation service has to be running and<\/li>\n
    3. A DocRead timer job has to run to synchronise the DocRead database with the SharePoint user profiles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
